The whole place setting, for four.
A dinner set is only half a table. You still need the knife, the fork, the spoon beside it, and usually they come from somewhere else and never quite match.
This is the full setting for four. The plates, the bowls and the cups, with the cutlery that belongs beside them, all in one material.
The table set properly, without the odd fork from another drawer.
WHY IT WORKS
It's all stainless steel, so the dinnerware and the cutlery read as one set instead of two that happen to share a table. The plate, the bowl, the cup and the fork all belong to each other.
And it's sized for the everyday. Four full settings, enough for dinner most nights and for the nights people come over, without borrowing or making do.
It's built to be used hard. Steel won't chip like ceramic or warp like plastic, the cutlery is forged rather than stamped from thin sheet, and all of it goes in the dishwasher and comes out the same.
Over the years the steel picks up the faint marks of a table that gets used. That's the setting settling into your home, not wearing out.
CARE
All of it is dishwasher safe for the everyday, though a gentle hand wash keeps the finish at its brightest. Dry after washing to avoid water spots.
Keep the steel away from bleach and anything strongly acidic or alkaline, which can mark the surface over time.

Have questions?
What's included in the bundle?
Everything a family of four needs to sit down together. The Family Table covers the plates (four at 21cm), the bowls (four at 15cm) and the cups (two 200ml, two 400ml), all double-walled 304 stainless steel in a brushed satin finish. Then the Heirloom Cutlery sets the rest of the table: four full 5-piece settings, forged from a single piece of polished stainless steel, so everyone gets a proper place setting from day one.
What sizes are the plates and bowls?
The dinner plates are 21cm and the bowls are 15cm. Families use the 200ml cups for younger kids and the 400ml cups for adults and older children. Both plate and bowl sizes stack flat in the cupboard, which is something families mention often once the mismatched plastic is gone.
Will it scratch over time?
Yes — and that's worth being upfront about. Stainless steel picks up light scratches with daily use, particularly from cutlery and the dishwasher. That's the material behaving exactly as it should.
The brushed satin finish is chosen specifically because it wears well. Unlike polished steel, which shows every mark, the brushed surface absorbs scratches into the grain over time. Most families find the set looks better at two years than it did at two weeks — a little more settled, a little more theirs.
This isn't dinnerware that stays perfect in a cabinet. It's dinnerware that goes on the table every day, goes through the dishwasher every night, and accumulates a history with your family along the way. The scratches are part of that.
If you're after something that stays showroom-pristine forever, stainless steel isn't it. If you're after something that lasts decades regardless, it is.
Can I put stainless steel dinnerware in the microwave or oven?
Both the microwave and oven are a NO for our stainless steel dinnerware.
Metal and microwaves don’t mix and our pieces are designed for the table rather than oven use.
For reheating, a saucepan on the stovetop is your best bet.
Is this set suitable for adults or just kids?
Both, though most families buy The Starter Table specifically for their kids and add a larger bundle for the adults at the table. If you're after a full set for four, The Family Table is where most households land.
What material is this made from?
304 stainless steel throughout — no coatings, no composites. Families switch to this after realising their plastic plates and bowls were degrading in the dishwasher over time. The steel doesn't change what it's made of whether it goes through the dishwasher once or a thousand times.
Care Guide - How do I look after the set?
304 stainless steel is about as low-maintenance as dinnerware gets — which is part of why families switch to it.
Dishwasher safe every time, no exceptions. If you prefer hand washing, warm water and a mild dish soap with a soft cloth is all it needs. Dry it promptly to avoid water spots, though the brushed satin finish is forgiving enough that most families don't bother.
For anything stubborn — the occasional stain or dull patch — a paste of baking soda and water applied with a soft cloth, then rinsed and dried, brings it back. A wipe with a little white vinegar followed by a dry cloth does the same job.
No abrasive scourers, no steel wool. Everything else is fair game. The set is built to be used daily and washed daily — that's the point of it.
What's your returns policy?
30-day beautiful home trial, no questions asked. Most families keep it — but if it's not right, return it within 30 days for a full refund. No forms, no friction.
